Proxy server is a bridge between our computer and internet. It used for anonymous , change IP (country , etc) , privacy and security.
I suggest you to try with the British ( UK) proxy if the site is restricted from outside UK.

I have seen today that http://www.proxyblind.org has posted latest proxy server from USA, UK etc…
