I have a desktop and a laptop, I want to use my laptop as a server, but I also want to use it when I travel. Would it be some kind of a security issue to just dual boot a server type OS on it along with Windows? or any other kind of problems?

Say a homeowners’ association member gives his proxy to another member,who then casts a vote for something which is contrary to the CC& R’s or Corp Code rules. Can either be held liable, and if so, is it the proxy giver or the proxyholder? Or both?

The server specs are a
500mhz Intel celeron
256mb of ram
100/10 nic card.
Its really only going 2 be used as a web server for php and mysql.

I noticed the feature in Apache HTTP server for Windows but I need to know how the feature will be useful.
