This is mainly a continuation of “Make Your Local Apache Web Server Live To The Internet” In this video we configure your computer to recognize your domain name inside your local network. If you do not set this when you type in your domain name you will find that it will point you to your router. Although you may not want to make your server live to the internet with a domain name. In this video you can make your own domain like my-server-is-ultmate.com rather than 192.168.0.12, though remember if you wanted to make it live to the internet with that name you may have to pay for it.
There is a small office that consists of 5 computers, but the manager told me that her computer is the “main computer,” which acts as a server even though it has Windows XP Professional. The main confusing thing is the device that she is using to network them all together.
She is using a multi-port device, which faces the internet. Is this device a hub or a switch, or something entirely different. It was from Dell.
I have all three installed and they run separate of eachother. Apache and php are working great, I just can’t get MySql to come to the party.
Simply Accounting states that for multi-user mode, all machines that use the Simply (client and server) must be using the same operating system. How can I use Windows workstations that run the Simply client with a Samba enabled Linux file server that houses the Simply database?
In my college, we get net in our room, but we have to apply proxy settings for browsing. The sad thing is, even on applying those settings, proxies do not work, but I can browse and download without any restrictions. Is there a possible solution?

I have been using proxy switcher for a wile now but a friend of mine asked me if proxy switcher really work to prevent hackers from getting your computer information or email and messenger passwords,
please help him out, i really wanna help him but i dont wanna give him the wrong answer,
also is there a proxy switcher than can be used for AIM,MSN,or Yahoo messenger?

I tried using a proxy but every time I refresh a page, or even try google it won’t load any page? I entered the correct information, yet it won’t work!

When I use a proxy server it says I need to install adobe flash. But I have it installed and it works fine when I don’t go through a proxy. So how do I get it to work with a proxy server?
Hi guys, I am actually working on existing aspx files. The former webmaster was using IIS (stands for Internet Information System) and was able to run his files. But I can’t make them work on my apache web server. Thanks for the answer.
