How do I tell which and how many client computers are accessing/on the server at any given time?

The Windows Server 2003 family and Windows 2000 do not provide a general purpose TFTP server. I have found many TFTP server programs that will run under Windows Server 2003, however, none of these will run as a service. All of them require a user be logged in to the computer and running the program. As this system is being used for unattended backups, I have had issues in the past where the user will get logged off, or the machine reset… each time this happens, the program shuts down, and backups fail. I need to find a TFTP server that will run in the background as a service, reguardless of if a user is logged in or not. Has anyone else had this same issue? Is there a program or a work around that you can suggest?

Hi Folks,

Is it safe to use an open proxy sever for personal information (such as banking) if the connection is under HTTPS? (Using a proxy directly from a web browser…not CGI proxy)

1.) For example, if I connect to a online bank using a proxy server under HTTPS, can the operator of the proxy server have access to my login information, or is the info encrypted by the time it reaches the proxy?

2.) If I’m using a proxy server to connect to a site under HTTPS, is the entire connection under HTTPS…or only the portion between the proxy and the website…and therefore my connection to the proxy would be under plain HTTP and therefore unsafe…

Regards
In my case, then entire session would be done under HTTPS (not just the authentication), so in this case, can the operator of the Proxy server have access to my info, or is my info encrypted by the time it reaches the proxy server?

i need a proxy that will let me check my email at school. but it has to be one that isnt listed under secureity block as anonymizers. any help would be nice. thank you. and maybe please throw in one for myspace and facebook.
