Hi, I have been managing my electricity account online, I have noticed that all of a sudden, I am unable to access this web site and at least another site I regularly use. Neither of these sites contain adult content or anything that could be of that nature.
I have managed to access these sites via a proxy web site, but find that as soon as I click links on these sites then I once again get the dreaded “Page can not be displayed” Screen.
I haven’t changed any settings for these sites, so I am really at a loss for what to do. I accessed my electricity account as recently as last Wednesday, but since then I can’t get on at all.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.

is your windows xp apache server not letting you connect to the page but it works when you type in localhost into the web browser on the server. this video shows you how to solve this problem.
