Update: Sorry, I should’ve been more specific. We’re using something called “server management” which replaces the Windows Firewall.
i have DC and WEB and other common servers that scanned from inside and outside my network, how can limit this attack on the server
We just had a new cable run, so that we could move a computer to a less crowded spot of the office, and now Windows Server 2003 won’t recognize it. How would I go about setting this up?

Im trying to download this free antivirus software (please keep your voices about that to yourself);) but I have to have my server and port address from my internet Proxy settings..and I guess Im a blonde cause I have no clue where to start when it comes to finding out that information, can you help? 
Im trying to find different port numbers for Linux server applications such as ftp, web and printing etc…but do they use the exact same port numbers than Windows IIS?
Ive been trying to put the right server information and port number. I dont even know if the port number is that important. Dont know if I have the right smtp address. Can anyone help me? i am using windows xp. i have local area net work. from where in my computer i can get my local proxy and port information.
i have lan connection and of course there will be local proxy and port number as well.infect i wan to use some bypass proxy software. for that i need to put proxy server and port information in that programme. i dont know from where can i get my proxy server and port information. tell me where should i check in my computer.
i downloaded free mavis beacon teaches typing 17 deluxe but now when i try to open the prog, it asks for proxy and proxy port…where can i get that information from.
