This electromechanical motion capture system was developed as master’s thesis by Daniel Saidi and Magnus Åsard, with the goal to investigate the minimum cost of a full-body exo-skeleton-based motion capture system. The entire system – including all physical components, like PVC pipes, aluminium and soft-plastic sheets, shielded cables and elastic textiles as well as a cheap Linux-server and server and client software – ended up costing us $950. This video shows the system in live action, although some measure points are slightly miscalibrated.

Windows 2003 Server is not allowing two people to participate in the same remote desktop session.?

I am unable to log on to Windows 2003 server via remote desktop when someone else is logged in. I received the following pop up message.

“the terminal server has exceeded the maximum number of connections.” However when the other person is logged out, I am able to logon without any issues. FYI, we are both administrators.When one the person tries to connect to the my session, the I am logged off.
No. We tried that and I am aware of that. Any other suggestions please.

What else should I do to help/protect information on my computer IT people?

Every two months I run a white-space Gutman washer. I delete all my files the same way. I use that same method for all temp files. My internet runs via proxy. I encrypt all my files using a 2056k file encryption program. What else can I do? It does not seem like enough?

Like, I used foxyproxy. i have a mac. i went to a site that had a list of ip’s. i chose an “anonymous” proxy user. i dont know the user personally, but i used the ip. if i logged onto facebook, do you think he now knows my passowrd???

How can 2 people update one Outlook Calendar without Exchange Server?

I use Outlook 2003 on WinXP. My girlfriend uses the same. We both share a computer using our own, unique usernames (and hence have our own accounts).

How can my girlfriend update my Outlook calendar for me without me letting her log into my account? I have looked for solutions for weeks with no success. I am happy to install anything on WinXP or on a linux server to make this work, but other than installing Exchange or some odd commercial offerings, I cannot see a simple way to do this.

Is this possible? If so, how? My first guess was plugins to read/write iCal format calendars from my Outlook client, and providing my girlfriend with a web interface to the same iCal client, but I cannot see a way to make this transparently work with Outlook.

Finally, I can’t use a different client instead of Outlook (which would be the simplest option); I need all my appoitments in Outlook as I sync Outlook information with my phone.
