Reset domain Admin password on a Windows Server 2008 with only the official DVD install

There’s a MySpace profile I’ve been visiting every day for months now, it’s always been a public profile with all the custom layout and information. In the past two days when I open its URL the profile displays as a default MySpace layout page with most of the usual information missing, but whenever I open it on another computer or via a proxy server I see the usual custom profile without any changes. I’m not logged in at MySpace. Is it possible to block me somehow, based on my IP?

I dont have a firewall enabled in windows xp and i have no router with a firewall. it’s a direct connection to the internet through a cable modem. And the folder in wwwroot has permissions for everyone to read and all children of the folder to inherit this
