I need to modify permissions of an user account on an windows 2003 server. I need to block cmd, and other programs, commands from being executed. How would i go upon doing such using the managment tool?
can i modify the php.ini in apache server so that i can include some libraries that i wanted to add?
I am using a subdomain of some hosting site. so i cannot go directly to apache php.ini to modify.
