I have 2 Windows Server 2003, servers. They are a Mail Server and a Web Server on one of the them, and a dns server on the other. I also have my own domain (e.g. mydomain.com)

now i cant find some comprehensive guide to correctly setup and configure these 2 servers to host my domain as well as my mail server using pop3 and smtp.

i would also like to know whether i should have another dns on the other server. and how would i set up both dns servers to point to the mail server correctly?

the mail is the main problem as i have already have the web server working by pointing to it with the dns server.

How come the eMachine laptop doesn’t let me send any emails and it says it won’t work? Both laptops both have Windows Vista Home Basic. There is nothing wrong with Vista and it rocks but how come I can’t send emails with the eMachine in Windows Mail? I’ve got the news group connected but still how do I get that eMachine to send emails?
