I dont have a firewall enabled in windows xp and i have no router with a firewall. it’s a direct connection to the internet through a cable modem. And the folder in wwwroot has permissions for everyone to read and all children of the folder to inherit this

Every two months I run a white-space Gutman washer. I delete all my files the same way. I use that same method for all temp files. My internet runs via proxy. I encrypt all my files using a 2056k file encryption program. What else can I do? It does not seem like enough?
As a minor I was incorrectly medicated with long term prescriptions as a result of my mother’s Munchausen Syndrome by proxy (MSbP). As an adult I have found that these affect me adversely both for the sake of insurance and for certain employment opportunities. Is there any legal way to challenge or remove these medications from my personal medical record?
I’m not looking to get onto myspace or any of that bloody useless stuff. I just need to research something and it keeps getting blocked.
