I used to work for and owned stock at a company that merged with other companies after I left. I have been recieving proxy vote requests for years for companies that I did not know I owned stock in. I have written and telephoned these companies to ask how many shares I have and have not been sucessfule. How do I get this information? How do I get the shares? Any suggetions?
I used a couple of proxies to get rapidshare free downloads and i am afraid that the proxy might have stole some information. I only used it to download rapidshare files(not going to youtube/myspace/yahoo). One of my bookmarks is car-buying related…is it possible that they can take information away from my computer/internet even if i didnt go one it while using the proxy?!?!? I am afraid that they can just buys cars and i will have huge bills)Please give me more info about proxies…thank you
