We have to go through a proxy server to use the internet at work. Since everything passes through this proxy server, does that mean they have access to everything we type? For example, if I login to PayPal at work, would that give them the ability to see my account information when I’m logged in on that website? Would they be able to see my password when I’m logging in?

I used to work for and owned stock at a company that merged with other companies after I left. I have been recieving proxy vote requests for years for companies that I did not know I owned stock in. I have written and telephoned these companies to ask how many shares I have and have not been sucessfule. How do I get this information? How do I get the shares? Any suggetions?

I own a small software company and I want to know how I can have a source configuration management (something like CVS Servers) for my Windows Server. We basically have a lot of php, asp etc files which we want to keep under safe version control system so that everyone who needs access to it can checkout and once the changes are made, they can checkin the code.
