I am trying to convert a win2k3 server to a linux server. What server distro would be good??

The server specs are a
500mhz Intel celeron
256mb of ram
100/10 nic card.
Its really only going 2 be used as a web server for php and mysql.

Ubuntu Server would be great, if you are not an expert at setting up servers.
