I’ve tried deleting all information from windows mail, and windows live mail.
I think it’s all gone – but still “sucking” the mail off the server.
Any ideas?

Open Windows Mail – Click on Account Settings, find the account you want to leave messages on the server for and then check mark the box that says “Leave messages on server” and then select what exceptions if any you want – like delete from server when I delete from mail, etc…
