Yeah I had the same problem, and after searching around in my computer alot the proxy settings that u can choose from. First go to messenger at the top of your Box where u sign in. Then go to preferences, and then find the word connection and then click on that, and then there are connections u can choose from and it will tell you what each proxy setting means. If you are signed out and u want to get your proxy settings that way u can go to where it says at the top messenger click on that then click on where it says connection preferences. You can get it that way too. Good luck
