I can’t use a web browser on one of my computers such as firefox, internet explorer, etc. I can get online playing games such as warcraft 3 though. How can I change proxy setting to allow internet access?

In IE go to Tools-INTERNET OPTIONS-connections-LAN SETTINGS.
then under proxy server put in your proxy ip address and port 80.
These 2 proxies I am using currently. http://www.hidemyass.com/ http://www.proxeasy.com/ Once these are blocked I usually get my web proxies from http://httpsproxy.blogspot.com Hope these proxies will come in handy for you too.
