I have users that i want to allow to restart the server remotely but do not need them to have administrative rights to this server, how do I allow them to access just IIS?
This is a webserver on a Military intranet, so “hacking” is not an issue. The need for this is because this server is running applications that need to run 24/7 and we have had to restart the IIS many times to get it back up, so at a moments notice there have to be people with access to restart IIS.
